Capital of Italian Culture 2020-2021 : It is no coincidence that Parma was chosen as the symbolic city of Italian culture.
Cradle of good food : Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma Ham and tortelli d'erbetta. Need I say more?

The Baptistery: Pink like the sunset
One of the most iconic monuments of Parma is the Baptistery, a Gothic-Romanesque jewel that is striking for its pale pink colour , due to the red Verona marble used for its construction.

Correggio's frescoes
Inside the Duomo, look up and admire the dome frescoed by Correggio , a work of art that seems to open up towards the sky. The optical effect is incredible and shows how the Italian Renaissance was light years ahead!
